Prosthetic Dentistry
Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry is the field of dentistry that focuses on repairing part or all of missing teeth. Its purpose is to restore the mouth both functionally and aesthetically. We detect two categories of prosthetic dentistry: fixed and mobile.
The fixed prosthodontics includes these restorations that are adhered to our natural teeth such as porcelain veneers, metal ceramic crowns and bridges, all-ceramic crowns and bridges, inlays and onlays as well as implant restorations.
The mobile prosthetic includes total and partial dentures as well as the implant restorations.
